Thrillseekers Adventures Terms & Conditions

1. Children aged 16yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Child rates apply to children 13 years and under.
3. Children must be able to fit safety equipment in order to participate.
4. Bungy requires children to weigh no less than 35kg.

Cancellation Policy:
Thrillseekers Adventures reserves the right to cancel or amend any Activity for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:

1. waterway, road or weather conditions
2. lack of numbers participating in the Activity
3. unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity
4. any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator
   No refunds within 24 hours of departure unless the Operator has cancelled the activity in which case a part, or full refund may be given. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Thrillseekers Adventures.

Safety:
All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. The safety of our clients is paramount and Thrillseekers Adventures operates within strict safety guidelines.

All instructions given by our qualified staff must be adhered to and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children do the same. Please CONTACT US or your DOCTOR/GP prior to making a booking, if you have a physical condition that may affect your safety.

Thrillseekers Adventures (including their respective employees, agents, officers and directors) accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct, indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the Guest or any person in association with the Guest, in relation to the booked activity.

Cameras and personal items are carried at owners risk.
